IN PERSON QUOTE
For nearly every job, our team can provide a quote on the spot. Our focus is on fair pricing, not high-pressure sales. We’ve worked hard over the years to ensure our pricing is accurate across all home exterior projects, and we’ll provide financing options as needed.
SCOPE & CONTRACT
Once you’ve decided to hire Xtreme Exteriors, we’ll meet with you in-person to review your project scope and get a signed contract in place.
PRODUCTION HANDOFF
Our production team will order materials, provide delivery dates and finalize timelines. All information will be shared via your project manager who will serve as your personal point of contact every step of the way.
COMPLETE WORK
The Xtreme Exteriors installation team will get to work! Our expert contractors will complete all work with impeccable attention to detail and a strong adherence to your timeline.
FINAL PAYMENT & WARRANTY
With work completed, our team will deliver your project binder detailing all applicable warranties. At which time we'll complete a final walkthrough with you, ensuring your complete satisfaction, and collect the final payment.

OWNER
Born and raised in Nixa, MO, I married my husband Hunter Lampe right out of high school. He started Xtreme Exteriors and I was licensed in insurance. After 10 years in the insurance field, I decided it was time for a career change, joining Hunter in 2012 to help manage Xtreme Exteriors.
I have a passion for community involvement and helping small businesses thrive. I have a seat on the Nixa Chamber Board of Directors and the Nixa Fire District Board. Over the years, we have grown our business into multiple markets and have built an amazing team. Hunter and I have one son who has been part of the Xtreme Exteriors team since his junior year of high school and plans to continue his career here with the hopes of taking ownership one day.
HUNTER LAMPE
OWNER
Born and raised in Nixa, MO, I married my high school sweetheart and we have one son. I founded Xtreme Exteriors right out of high school, and to this day it’s the only job I have ever had.
From the beginning, I had a vision of building the largest siding company around through quality work and unmatched customer service. I learned that to reach my goals I would need to find the right people to put in the right positions. Building a team that I can trust and rely on has helped Xtreme Exteriors grow to six locations with more to come. Today, Xtreme Exteriors has grown to not only be a siding company but offer all exterior scopes of construction for residential and commercial properties.
